    • how it all started

    Meowstudio was established in Dec 2004. Meow was given by Vincent due to the ‘Cat’ in Catherine and Studio actually means ‘An artist’s workroom.’ This site is a showcase of her works online and her portal to the world.

    We, did a flash presentation of how we met for our wedding in Jun2004. We have been dabbling in flash banners for a personal site but had never done a full story before. Eventually, we overcame the hurdles and produced our story.

    I thought about how people enjoyed our simple story, about how I could help other people share their stories. Hence, a full-time work from home started. Using a notebook computer, scanner and paper…which developed into a Wacom Tablet, PC today.

     ..::About Vincent::..

    He is the hubby of Catherine and the one who is behind all the male voices you hear in the productions. A computer engineer by profession, he supports Catherine in technical problems and spot errors for her productions.

    And this was the official statement we made on the site in 2005:
    MeowStudio designs and creates unique, personalized animations for wedding and all other occasions. Animated Cartoon Characters resembling the clients are featured, re-enacting memorable parts of their lives.

    Combining music, sound effects and voice-overs, the characters come into life to tell a story. Unlike conventional photo montages, our animations enhance the experience of the viewers and bring them closer to the clients’ lives.

    Each and every piece of our work is personalized and unique, just like your memories. We invite you to provide us with the opportunity to capture those wonderful moments of your lives, and share them with your loved ones.

    Works have since became more professional looking with my improved drawing skills. We have come a long way.
