Free Sketch time!

Recently, I was waiting for people to request sketch or doodle from me for some fun drawing but then none. So I thought to post an entire post on this. In the future, I’ll probably link back to this post if I’m doing free sketches. (Sketch = rough lines or Doesn’t take up too much time. Drawing = smooth line-art, done with precision.)

Just to share, Chloe requested a little kitty drawing from me(her words: ‘wide-eye, holding a bunch of flowers’) so I did this up. I’m not good at animals so luckily it turn out okay and she love it hee.

Watermarked since art thefts are quite common in the internet area. Not because I think highly of my work but anything can be used anywhere for any purpose and I don’t want it to happen to my work.

Anyway, this is not really the sample for the sketches I’m doing since it was done in Flash. Planning to do sketches entirely in Photoshop.

Coming back to the Free Sketch I put up in previous post:

Rules for Requesting a Free Sketch:

1) Only 1 Character per picture. (Can be yourself or for someone)
2) Provide a sentence or phase for the picture(e.g. ‘Do you really love me?’, ‘I’m thinking of you’) so I can use my creativity for the picture. I’ll like to see what I can come up with based on what you gave me.
3) You can suggest items to be included in the picture but what I draw will be up to me.
4) Style is anime style but up to me whether in chibi or normal. Note that it will be sketchy, with coloured bg and my name on it.
5) Reference photo should be provided so I can based on real people/animal/things to draw. (The character will resemble the photo of the person you provided)
6) Email to me your request,Titled: ‘Free Sketch’ with the ref picture, or drop a comment.

So far, no limit to requests. I’ll just put it in the queue and do it when I feel like it. My purpose for this: To do something for fun, not work-related and to improve my drawing skills. ^_^ hope to get some support!
